1.Specifically adapted for 80-ton ultra-heavy load needs, with a displacement of 10.8L, power up to 380-420hp and maximum torque exceeding 2200N·m. The power is 20% higher than that of 52-ton models, which can easily drive a 5.2-5.5m³ rock bucket for hard rock excavation and large block material loading & unloading, with no power attenuation during full-load operation, suitable for high-intensity continuous mining operations.

2.Strong adaptability to extreme working conditions, added low-temperature preheating function for normal startup at -30℃, and optimized cooling system for 45℃ high-temperature open-pit operations; four-stage air intake filtration design with 99.995% dust filtration effect, greatly reducing engine wear in high-dust mining environments and extending service life to more than 12,000 hours.

3.Optimized electronic control fuel injection system, which can accurately adjust fuel injection according to operation load fluctuations, saving 5%-8% fuel under heavy-load conditions and reducing fuel consumption by more than 15% during light-load standby. It can save hundreds of thousands of yuan in fuel costs for 6,000 hours of annual operation, balancing heavy-load power and economy.

1.The Kawasaki main pump is upgraded to a large-displacement variable dual pump, with a displacement 30% higher than that of 52-ton models and a maximum working pressure of 35MPa. It can quickly provide sufficient hydraulic power, increasing the speed of excavation, rotation and walking actions by 25% and shortening the single excavation cycle time to 18-20 seconds, significantly improving operation efficiency.

2.The Toshiba high-pressure main valve adopts a reinforced sealing structure, which can withstand 35MPa high-pressure impact and prevent hydraulic leakage under ultra-heavy-load conditions; the valve core is made of aerospace-grade wear-resistant materials and undergoes special heat treatment, reducing the wear rate by 40% and the hydraulic system failure rate to less than 1%, reducing downtime for maintenance.

3. Load-sensitive synergistic control function realizes linkage adjustment of engine, main pump and main valve, automatically distributing power according to operation load, avoiding power waste, reducing hydraulic impact, extending the service life of the hydraulic system, and adapting to complex heavy-load conditions such as hard rock excavation and slope trimming.
