1.Excavator Structure: Two Core Assemblies

The SH220LC‑8 excavator is divided into two key parts for safer transportation and better protection.

① Arm, Stick and Bucket Assembly

This part includes boom, stick and 1.06m³ bucket, which provides strong digging force and high working efficiency for the 22 ton hydraulic excavator.

② Upper Body, Chassis and Boom Assembly

This part includes cab, engine, hydraulic system and heavy‑duty undercarriage. As a stable crawler excavator, it ensures strong stability and long service life.

2. Step-by-Step Loading onto Transport Truck

Prepare the truck, clean the site and check the ramp.

Align the construction excavator to the center of the truck platform.

Drive the machine slowly onto the truck at low speed.

Park the excavator in the middle to keep balanced.

Final check to ensure safe and stable transport.
