Now the process is strict and the checks are solid. Every step is recorded and traceable, making work more secure," a senior old employee said frankly. Strict process control has completely eliminated illegal behaviors such as "doing first and supplementing later" and "operating without approval" for hazardous operations, realizing full-process coverage of safety control.
3.Full-Process Control of Hazardous Operations and Closed-Loop Management to Prevent Risks
Hot work, high-altitude work, confined space work, etc., are key high-risk links in the safe production of the machinery workshop. Shitian Factory has implemented a targeted full-process control mechanism of "approval before operation, supervision during operation, and acceptance after operation" to accurately prevent and control risks and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Before the operation, in addition to strictly implementing the approval process, on-site hidden danger investigation, safety warning setting, emergency material preparation, and special safety technical disclosure are completed simultaneously; during the operation, a full-time supervisor is stationed on-site for supervision, real-time control of operating standards, and ensuring timely and effective emergency response; after the operation, joint acceptance is conducted by the operation person in charge, supervisor, and inspector to check the on-site cleaning, facility restoration, etc., to ensure full-process closed-loop management.
