The training activity covered the full excavator production workshop, including structural welding workshop, power assembly workshop, complete machine assembly line, finished product debugging area and quality inspection station. Led by senior production technicians and technical engineers with more than 10 years of excavator R&D and manufacturing experience, new employees visited each production station in groups to learn the manufacturing logic of core excavator models such as SH220 22-ton excavator and 38-ton star heavy-duty excavator.
During the on-site explanation, the senior engineers focused on introducing the core configuration of Shitian excavators: original Cummins engines with stable performance and low fuel consumption, integrated hydraulic system and reinforced digging arm structure. New staff recorded technical parameters, production standards and quality control requirements in detail, and raised targeted questions about excavator assembly, post-sale spare parts matching and export customs clearance supporting documents. All on-site Q&A was carried out combined with real finished excavator equipment on the production line, achieving the integration of theoretical cognition and physical product perception.
